A radiolabelled amino acid was supplied to an animal cell for a short time. The data show how radioactivity in organelles A, B, and C changed over time. From the statements (A–D) below, select only those that are true as written, and choose the option (①—⑤) that matches that set.

※ A, B, and C are one each of: Golgi apparatus, secretory vesicles, and rough endoplasmic reticulum, in an unspecified order.

    Statements (A–D)

    • AFrom the order of the peaks, the protein transport route can be read as A → B → C.
    • BA is the rough endoplasmic reticulum with the ribosomes where protein synthesis first starts.
    • CB is a secretory vesicle that fuses with the plasma membrane to release its protein contents.
    • DIf an agent blocks ATP synthesis, the A→B radioactivity curve will look the same as under normal conditions.

  • Numerical / formula · ideal op-amp

A wearable device under development outputs a small DC input voltage: Vin = 200 mV from a temperature sensor. A non-inverting op-amp stage boosts the signal for an MCU. The gain-setting resistor to ground is R1 = 1 kΩ, the feedback resistor is Rf = 9 kΩ, and the amplified output drives a 100 Ω load. Assume the op-amp is ideal. Select the option that lists the correct combination of the output voltage Vout across the load and the load power PL.

    1. ① Vout = 1.8 V, PL = 32.4 mW
    2. ② Vout = 2.0 V, PL = 40.0 mW
    3. ③ Vout = 2.0 V, PL = 20.0 mW
    4. ④ Vout = 1.8 V, PL = 324.0 mW

  • Single best answer · emergency (STEMI / algorithm)

A 65-year-old man presents to the emergency department with severe crushing substernal chest pain that started 2 hours before arrival. The pain radiates to the left shoulder and inner arm and is accompanied by diaphoresis and nausea. He used one sublingual nitroglycerin tablet at home 30 minutes before presentation, with no improvement. Vital signs on presentation: blood pressure 100/60 mmHg, heart rate 95 beats/min, respiratory rate 22/min, temperature 36.5 ℃. Heart and lung auscultation is unremarkable. A 12-lead ECG obtained immediately shows ST-segment elevation of at least 3 mm in leads V1 through V4. Initial cardiac markers reported 10 minutes after arrival: troponin I 0.05 ng/mL (reference < 0.04), CK-MB 4.5 ng/mL (reference < 5.0). According to contemporary guideline (algorithm)–based management, which option correctly pairs the diagnosis and the most appropriate initial therapy?

    Options

    1. ① Unstable angina — oral beta-blocker therapy and conservative medical management
    2. ② Variant (Prinzmetal) angina — intravenous calcium channel blockers (CCB)
    3. ③ Acute anterior ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) — primary percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI)
    4. ④ Acute inferior STEMI — immediate thrombolytic therapy
    5. ⑤ Non–ST-elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI) — emergent coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG)

User guide

From uploading an exam-scope PDF, through generation, preview and editing, saving to study materials, and running the quiz—aligned with the app (Assets, Create, and so on). The “Flow in the Studio UI” section below is a diagram keyed to real labels.

  1. 1

    Upload your exam-scope PDF

In the Assets tab, open Exam-scope PDFs and upload your file. Good file names (course, week) help you find it later. After upload, the card shows text extraction and indexing; large files can take a few minutes. When it completes, the PDF appears in Create under Select exam scope.

  2. 2

Connect the file on the Create screen

On Create (or from the dashboard, Create quiz), pick that file under exam scope. If it is missing, confirm parsing finished in Assets, refresh, and select again. You can run generation several times on the same source with different options.

  3. 3

Set count, difficulty, and a short note

Choose how many items, difficulty (easy/medium/hard), and item types (e.g. MCQ, T/F, short answer, ordering). A one-line note in the prompt (e.g. “focus on this unit”) can steer the result. See estimated advanced model pass use near the generate control.

  4. 4

    Preview, edit, and save

When generation finishes, use the worksheet and card preview to read items. The generation log shows the streamed output; tap a stem or option to open JSON and edit. Use Save to add the quiz to Assets → Study materials. If you want a different result, run again on the same PDF or change count and options.

  5. 5

Run the quiz from study materials

In Assets → Study materials, open your saved set and use Study. After answering, use correct answers, explanations, and (when available) source references to review.
