Subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days unless you cancel.
Subscriptions (full refund): Within 7 days of payment and if you have not used subscription benefits (Fast, Quality, study features, etc.), you may receive a full refund.
Subscriptions (remaining period): Even after 7 days from payment, if you cancel or request a refund, we refund the remaining subscription period on a pro-rata basis, after deducting amounts for benefits already used and elapsed time.
Advanced-model usage packs (one-time): Full refund within 7 days of payment if unused (see Refund Policy Article 4).
Included model usage in subscription plans is a subscription benefit, not top-up credits; unused allowance does not roll over.
This Refund Policy is effective from January 1, 2025, as amended and published on May 19, 2026.
